We produce finished YouTube videos on a monthly cycle according to the package you select. The number of videos, runtime range and included deliverables are as described on the pricing page at the time you sign up.
Monthly fees are payable in advance, before each production cycle begins. The channel setup fee, where it applies, is charged once at the start. Work begins once payment clears.
There is no minimum term. Either side may end the arrangement by giving notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid cover the cycle they were paid for; we complete and deliver that cycle's videos.
On delivery, full rights to the finished videos and scripts transfer to you. The channel is registered in your name and remains yours throughout. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Topics and scripts are sent to you for approval before production. Revisions at that stage are included. Changes requested after animation and editing are complete may be scheduled into the following cycle.
You are responsible for publishing the videos, for the channel's compliance with YouTube's policies once content is live, and for the accuracy of any factual material or claims you ask us to include at your direction.
We do not guarantee view counts, subscriber numbers, monetisation approval, revenue, or any particular timeline for reaching YouTube Partner Program thresholds. These depend on factors outside our control, including YouTube's own systems and audience behaviour.
Our liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid us for the cycle in which the issue arose. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunity or consequential loss.
We may update these terms. Changes apply from your next billing cycle, and we will tell you before they take effect.
