When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, niche, package preference and message you choose to enter. We do not collect payment details through this website. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking to be on one.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and video thumbnails and embedded players from YouTube. Those providers may record your IP address and set cookies when their content loads. If you use the enquiry form, your message is delivered through our form provider or your own email client, depending on how the form is configured.
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies you encounter here come from the embedded YouTube player, and only once you play a video.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our contact address and we will action it.
