A repeatable production cycle. You spend about twenty minutes on approvals — we handle everything else.

Four weeks, start to delivery

WEEK 0

Niche & channel setup

We agree the niche, the tone and who the videos are for. If you don't have a channel we build one: name, art, banner, description, playlists and settings. If you do, we optimise what's there.

WEEK 1

Research & scripts

Topics are chosen against real search demand rather than guesswork. Scripts are written, fact-checked, and sent to you for approval before a single second is produced.

WEEK 2

Voice-over & visuals

Narration is recorded and timed. Animation, footage and graphics are then built scene by scene against that timing.

WEEK 3

Edit & sound

Final cut, pacing pass, music and sound effects. We watch every video start to finish before it leaves the studio.

WEEK 4

Delivery

Finished files land in your drive folder with titles, descriptions, tags and hashtags written and ready. You publish when it suits you.

What we need from you

Less than most people expect. Three things, and only one of them is recurring.

Once, at the start: the niche, the audience you want to reach, and any topics you specifically do or don't want covered.
Once a month: a yes or a change on the topic list, then a yes or a change on the scripts. Usually under twenty minutes in total.
Whenever it suits you: pressing publish. We can advise on timing, but the channel stays in your hands.

If you'd rather not review topics at all, say so and we'll choose them outright. Some clients want every script; others want none.

Revisions

Scripts go to you before production for a reason: a change at the script stage costs a message, and the same change after animation costs a week. Tell us what's wrong and we rewrite it.

Delivery

Finished videos arrive in a shared drive folder — MP4 exports, plus a document with the title, description, tags and hashtags for each one. Nothing to convert, nothing to reformat.
